Is Vitaloop Health a native mobile app?
Vitaloop Health currently includes a responsive member web app that can be opened on a phone and saved to its home screen. Native App Store apps, push notifications and offline access are not included in this MVP.
Does it automatically renew memberships?
Not yet. The current payment flow creates individual payment requests. Recurring billing and automatic membership entitlement changes are not included in this MVP.
Does check-in unlock my Paxton gate?
No. The current check-in flow records a staff-verified decision and does not operate physical hardware. A licensed Paxton Net2 adapter and on-site testing are required for gate control.
How is Vitaloop Health provided?
Vitaloop Health is provided as a managed online service. Contact us to discuss onboarding, workspace setup and supported integrations for your gym.
